Area Field Officer – Security & Manpower Services
About the Role
Silbar Security Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an energetic and responsible Area Field Officer for Security & Manpower Services. You will manage guards, supervisors and field manpower across assigned sites, ensuring deployment, discipline and client satisfaction.

As an Area Field Officer, you will handle site operations, staff deployment and attendance management, conduct regular site visits and client coordination, and ensure manpower availability, discipline, grooming and operational standards at all assigned sites.

Responsibilities
- Handle security guards, supervisors and field manpower across assigned area
- Manage site operations, staff deployment and daily attendance
- Conduct regular site visits, inspections and client coordination
- Ensure manpower availability, discipline, grooming and operational standards
- Address site-level issues, shortages and escalations promptly
- Report daily operations, attendance and client feedback to management
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience
- Experience in Security Services / Manpower Industry preferred
- Experience in handling security guards, supervisors and field manpower
- Good knowledge of site operations, staff deployment and attendance management
- Ability to conduct regular site visits and client coordination
- Good communication skills and ability to handle field operations independently
