We conduct monthly uniform and equipment audits, and any guard found with unkempt appearance or faulty equipment is subject to disciplinary action including fines or suspension.
What disciplinary actions are taken against guards who violate the code of conduct?
Our disciplinary process follows progressive action: 1) Verbal warning for minor infractions like late reporting or incomplete paperwork. 2) Written warning with a show-cause notice for repeated violations or minor misconduct. 3) Fine or penalty as per company policy for negligence resulting in security lapses. 4) Suspension pending inquiry for serious offenses including theft, assault, collusion, or dereliction of duty. 5) Termination of employment with a negative report to PSARA authorities for criminal offenses.
