CCTV Installation & Maintenance Technician

About the Role

Silbar Security Services Pvt. Ltd. requires skilled CCTV Installation and Maintenance Technicians for our Technology division. As a CCTV Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of CCTV systems, access control devices, fire alarm panels, and related electronic security equipment across client sites in Jaipur, Delhi, and Mumbai. This is a hands-on technical role that requires both installation skills and the ability to diagnose and repair faults in existing systems efficiently.

What You'll Do

As a CCTV and Security Systems Technician, you will install CCTV cameras, DVRs/NVRs, cables (coaxial, CAT6, fiber), mounts, and power supplies at new client sites following design blueprints, configure camera settings including resolution, recording schedules, motion detection zones, and remote viewing access, install and configure biometric access control systems, boom barriers, and metal detectors, perform routine preventive maintenance visits to clean cameras, check storage health, verify backup functionality, and update firmware, troubleshoot and repair faulty cameras, recording equipment, power supplies, and network connectivity issues, maintain detailed installation records, service logs, and inventory of spare parts, and coordinate with the project manager and client representatives during installations to ensure minimal business disruption.
