HR Executive – Security & Manpower Services
About the Role
Silbar Security Services Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its team and looking for a responsible and experienced HR Executive for Security & Manpower Services. You will handle recruitment, manpower deployment and HR operations independently while coordinating with field teams.
What You'll Do
As an HR Executive, you will manage sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding of guards and staff, maintain employee documentation, attendance, leave and HR records, support PF, ESIC and labour compliance documentation, and coordinate with operations and field teams for deployment needs.

Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding of security & manpower staff
- Coordinate manpower deployment with operations and field teams
- Maintain employee documentation, attendance, leave and HR records
- Support PF, ESIC, labour compliance and statutory documentation
- Handle HR coordination with field staff, supervisors and client sites
- Prepare HR reports and support audits and client documentation needs
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline; HR qualification will be an advantage
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant HR experience
- Experience in Security Services / Manpower Industry preferred
- Good knowledge of recruitment & manpower deployment
- Knowledge of employee documentation, attendance, leave and HR records
- Basic understanding of PF, ESIC, labour compliance and statutory documentation
- Good communication, coordination and computer skills
- Ability to handle HR activities independently and coordinate with field teams
