About the Role

Silbar Security Services Pvt. Ltd. invites applications from trained and motivated women to join our dedicated Lady Security Guard force. We recognise that many environments — hospitals, schools, women's hostels, malls, hotels, and corporate offices — require female security personnel for cultural sensitivity, legal compliance, or operational requirements. Our lady guards receive the same high-quality training as our male guards, plus additional modules in gender-sensitive security protocols, soft skills, and professional communication.

What You'll Do

As a Lady Security Guard at Silbar, you will be responsible for access control and visitor verification at client premises, performing lady frisking duties at events, hospitals, and corporate offices where female screening is required, monitoring CCTV feeds and responding to security incidents, managing entry and exit of female staff, students, or guests with professionalism, conducting patrols of assigned areas with attention to gender-sensitive zones, assisting in emergency evacuation procedures with special attention to women and children, and preparing daily shift reports and incident documentation. You will be a role model for women in the security profession.
