About the Role
Silbar Security Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive for Security & Manpower Services. You will drive B2B sales and business development across corporate, industrial, commercial and institutional clients.
What You'll Do
As a Sales Executive, you will identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities, conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations and follow-ups, and pitch tailored security and manpower solutions to decision-makers.

Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients and generate new business for security & manpower services
- Conduct B2B client meetings, site visits, presentations and negotiations
- Pitch solutions for corporate, industrial, commercial and institutional requirements
- Manage sales pipeline from lead generation to closure and handover to operations
- Follow up with prospects and maintain client relationships for repeat business
- Submit weekly sales reports and forecasts to management
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant sales experience
- Experience in Security Services / Facility Management / Manpower Services preferred
- Proven experience in B2B sales & business development
- Experience in client meetings, presentations, negotiations and follow-ups
- Good communication, presentation and computer skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory
