Tender Executive – Security & Manpower Services
About the Role
Silbar Security Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Tender Executive to join our team for Security & Manpower Services. You will independently manage the complete tender process from tender identification to submission, with hands-on work on GeM (Government e-Marketplace) and online bidding systems.
What You'll Do
As a Tender Executive, you will identify relevant government and private tenders for security and manpower services, manage bid preparation including tender documentation, EMD, technical & financial bids, BOQ and compliance requirements, handle end-to-end submission on GeM and other online bidding portals, and coordinate with operations and management for timely, compliant submissions.

Responsibilities
- Identify relevant security & manpower tenders from GeM and other online bidding portals
- Prepare and compile tender documentation including EMD, technical & financial bids, BOQ and compliance papers
- Manage end-to-end bid submission on GeM and online portals within deadlines
- Coordinate with operations, HR, finance and management for bid inputs and approvals
- Track tender status, corrigendums, clarifications and post-bid follow-ups
- Maintain tender records, checklists and compliance documentation for audits
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant tendering & bid management experience
- Experience in Security Services / Manpower Industry preferred
- Hands-on experience with GeM (Government e-Marketplace) and online bidding systems
- Good knowledge of tender documentation, EMD, technical & financial bids, BOQ and compliance requirements
- Good communication, documentation and computer skills
- Ability to independently manage tender processes from identification to submission
